RNIB is a leading charity that has been working in the field of sight loss for 135 years. We provide over 60 services including business services to assist companies to meet the needs of the Disability Discrimination Act.

We strive to enable organisations to improve their customer service provision for people with disabilities.

By working with RNIB, organisations will learn about the financial and social benefits of increasing their customer base through providing a more inclusive service as well as how to meet their legal obligations.

RNIB business services include providing large print, braille and audio transcription; print design reviews; access audits; signage audits; innovative technology, web site consultancy; disability awareness training and policy reviews.
